MASQUERADE is the first short film I have created and released. It originally had an in-depth story but because of time constraints I had to dumb it down and make it shorter. Originally it told the story of a widow's partner visiting them one last time on the one year anniversary of their death, in the final release it ended up being a basic final girl circuit. I would love to return to Masquerade some day and give it the production it deserves but for now I will leave it as is, a learning experience that taught me a lot about the production of films.
I am still proud of the film as it helped me prove to myself that I can create a film by myself despite it not turning out exactly how I wanted. Below are my favourite shots from the film.
